We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Charleston, SC so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
We file insurance as a courtesy to our patients. Please present your current insurance at each visit.

Your insurance is a contract between you, your employer and your insurance company. Our office is not a party to that contract. Your employer has chosen the limits of your policy, and every insurance policy is different; therefore, it is your responsibility to know the coverage and limits of your particular policy. We base our estimates on an average dental policy, and sometimes your copayment may be more than we estimate. In the event that your insurance carrier does not pay as much as we have estimated or denies the claim completely, you will be responsible for the balance due.
There are times when your insurance company will send you a request for additional information. Please return it to the insurance company quickly. Without this information, your insurance company will withhold payment, and you, the patient, will be responsible for the balance.
Insurance coverage must be updated and reviewed at the time of treatment. If coverage cannot be confirmed, the patient will be responsible for payment at time of service via cash or credit card.
You may not have insurance, or your insurance does not cover all the costs of your treatment. Don’t let this keep you from getting the dental care you need and want. We offer a convenient payment option that makes it feasible to get the treatment you need.
We Offer CareCredit Finance
There is never an application fee, and you are not obligated to the plan. It's easy to apply; confidential application service is available in our office, or you may apply directly from home with CareCredit's secure website, www.carecredit.com. The approval process usually takes less than 15 minutes. You must apply first before you start your treatment. Once you have been approved for a predetermined amount, the approval form is printed out. There is never an initial down payment. With the six- and 12-month plans, we pay the interest so you can get the treatment you need when you need it.
CareCredit offers several payment plans. Interest-free payment plans for three, six, or 12 months are most popular. CareCredit also offers plans up to 60 months with a low interest rate. For customers that do not meet the required financial obligations, interest will be charged. It is important that you know any CareCredit interest is retroactive, so you should make all payments when due. Prepayment is penalty-free. Finance plans cannot be used with any other type of discount.
